CPfWE partnered with On Our Team in March to demand that require transparency in pay rates on their job board. We reached out via email, posted an Open Letter, gathering over 500 signatures and flooded social media with images and quotes from our Action Kit.


After 18 days, Playbill heard our call to action and implemented a new requirement that all paid job postings list a numerical pay value or range.


We would like to thank Playbill for making this change. In doing so, they are building a better industry through action and example.
