IDENTIFY PROBLEM PRACTICES IN YOUR AREA

If you know of an organization in your area that is engaging in problematic labor practices they may qualify for an Official Letter from the CPfWE community. Review our Criteria and Procedures for Letter Writing for more details and learn about what it means to join or lead an Action Team. 

HELP US REACH OUT

We are actively seeking out lines of communication with those in leadership positions. If you or someone you know is an administrator seeking to adopt wage parity policies let us know. We would love to work with you!

ADD YOUR VOICE

Our official letters all have multiple authors sourced from the community. Members conduct research, reach out to organizations, author drafts and edit for grammatical content as well as overall tone. We will post calls to action on the official facebook page as the need arises as well as on our  mailing list.

Become a guest writer on our BLOG. We’d love to have you! If Q&A is more your style, contact us to inquire about setting up an online AMA event for the community.
